The food is very good. They have a lunch menu with lots of choices. The lunch includes either a soda or egg roll. You pick which you want. I think it is the best Chinese food in the area.

Staff payed little to no attention to me and the woman at the desk talked on the phone to a friend the entire time. Food was poorly cooked and WAY over priced. Never again.

My husband has ordered food several times at Tasty Wok and they always overcharge us. We ordered a small pork fried rice and 1 egg roll. My husband gave them a 10 dollar bill and he received 2 dollars change, and if u look at their menu those 2 items with tax do not come to 8 dollars. I just called from my phone they told me the price was $7.22. This is the 2nd time they have over charged us. I dont think they have the right to do this as it is the second time. I hope everyone questions their bill before u pay them. This place is very close to our home but we will go to another Chinese take out that wont rip us off.

I went to 5 different locations until I found this one!! I get takeout there weekly and it’s always perfect, especially the egg rolls! Moist on the inside and crispy fresh on the outside.. My favorite is their sesame chicken combo! Consistently delicious, very nice staff as well...

Got carry out here today. Very good. Glad i found a good place around me for chinese.

Best Chinese food restaurant around. I have been going there for a long time and I still love it. They have the best service and the best food I enjoy talking to the lady who's always there. Personally I would recommend the beef broccoli or the shrimp with lobster sauce it is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I always enjoy coming here. The food is great and the service is even better! I live in North Port and will drive the extra 20 minutes to get food there than the one close to my house. Overall I recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back!

I was initially going to take the food with me but decided to eat here instead. I received 5 thin slices of Peper Steak, boatload of rice, onions and peppers. Can't really recommend as most of the food was just okay though the rice was good and fluffy. I have eaten here before and stopped coming here as on several occasions we had been ignored while attempting to place an order and ended up either calling the order in which after 2 other phones the lady then asked us what we wanted to order or we left and went elsewhere. If you do eat here open the styrofoam container and check your portions because waiting until you get to your home or office to find this out is no fun!!

The food is good. I order shrimp with vegetables in black beans sauce. Very good. My wife had sweet and sour chicken. We ordered it with the combination plater and it comes with stir fry pork rice. We dont have all the time Chinese food and we want to try different place around town. This is one of the good ones definitely.

This would normally be a 5 star as usual with Tasty Wok. We have had doordash deliver from this location several times. Always excellent, timely and hot. Not tonight. While the delivery was timely, our meals were clearly prepared at the time the order was placed and not when the doordash driver arrived SO it was luke warm at best. We love the dishes from this location but they are much better when received hot. Please note, I watched the delivery progress on the doordash app so I know it was not cold due to the driver. It sat and became cool at the restaurant waiting for the driver. We love you dishes, please wait until the driver is there then serve piping hot dishes.

Generic frozen food with bagged sauce on it. Not impressed and not worth the $6.50 lunch cost. Not many actual Chinese food restaurants around here.

I always got their General Tso chicken but they've changed their sauce so it's not as good but they have so many choices you can find other good combos

Don't get the cold sesame noodles. They were served to me hot, noodles were too thick, sauce was also too thick, hot & gooey (I suspected it was just hot peanut butter) no celery or hot pepper sauce on the side. Very disappointung....

Been going here for 5yrs. Good food, never make you sick, so not sure what others are talking about. Good prices, ample food. Get to know the owner and she gives you extra food. Very nice people working there.

I enjoyed the food, but the septic system is directly underneath the parking lot and it reeks.The smell is so overpowering that I found it difficult to avoid vomiting in the parking area.

Excellent food and price. Always friendly and fast. I don't review unless I truly believe it. As a local, it's my go -to place. Beef n broccoli at least 3 times a week. Found a recently new love with their Chinese doughnuts too!!

So yummy!!! I got the sweet n sour chicken, as I always do, it's so fresh... Definitely need to put more chicken though, I got like 6 pieces and tons of rice (which is also yummy)...

You have received three stars for the reasons are. Prices are high, the chicken wings were very small. The restaurant was very packed of boxes all around making it look like trash. Customer service behind the counter was a two-star but I will give you three star. Will I return for more. No. I'll go back to the Chinese restaurant I've been dealing with for 30 years.

Very low prices and the food is decent.

I've been going there for years and the food is always good. Very friendly staff. I always pick it up because it's close to my house. One time they forgot my egg roll and I went back and she was so apologetic. I told her it was ok, to not worry about it and she gave me a large free soup that I didn't expect. Great customer service 👍

Just got done eating lunch at Tasty Wok. I got their shrimp with lobster sauce, pork fried rice with an egg roll. It came with four nice-sized shrimp. The lobster sauce was nice and thick. The pork fried rice was tasty although it could have used a little bit more pork pieces. And the Egg Roll was hearty. I asked for a side of red sauce which the cashier cheerfully handed me at no additional charge they do not have ice so getting a cup of ice water was out of the question. Overall I was very satisfied with their food and plan on returning again.

This was a pleasant surprise! The food was super fresh, tasty and had a great spices. Very very generous portions as well. it looks like a standard home Wall Chinese takeout restaurant, but this really is authentic and the great value.
